One year after a single-family home and a duplex in Del Rey made way for redevelopment, visible signs of progress are finally apparent for a new small lot subdivision.

The project, located just north of Ballona Creek and 4910-4918 Centinela Avenue, consists of eight single-family dwellings - each of which will feature three-bedroom floor plans with two-car garages and rooftop decks.

The four-story structures were designed by Payson Denny Architects, with Susan E. McEowen serving as landscape architects.

Cy Kirschner is listed in city records as the project applicant through the entity Anchor Point Ventures, LLC.

A block south toward Ballona Creek, work is currently underway for two low-rise apartment buildings.
