Develpoer BLDG Partners and real estate brokerage Partners Trust have announced the completion of the Sevens, a new collection of single-family residences in Hancock Park.

Located at the northwest corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Rimpau Boulevard, the project features seven freestanding three- and four-bedroom homes that range from 2,166 to 2,429 square feet in size.  Each comes with four bathrooms, a two-car garage and a rooftop terrace.

Guy Penini, Principal at BLDG Partners, stated that the Sevens were inspired by the "classic brownstones of New York CIty and London," but feature a contemporary design from Culver City-based architecture firm Modative.

The small lot houses are priced at $1.675 million to $2 million.
