Three single family residences in Highland Park are destined for the wrecking ball, clearing the way for a new development of small lot houses.

The approximately .32-acre project site, located at 6845 N. Figueroa Street, is slated for the construction of an eight-unit development under the City's small lot subdivision ordinance.

City records link the project to the Irvine-based firm WJK Development.  Renderings on company's website portray a series of a contemporary three-story homes.
