Los Angeles-based developer WCH Communities is in the midst of construction at a new collection of small lot homes in Hollywood.

The project, called Slate, consists of 10 single-family residences on a .37-acre property at 1340 N. Sycamore Avenue. Each of the three-story buildings will feature three-bedroom floor plans up to 2,300 square feet.

VTBS Architects is designing the houses, which will all offer rooftop decks and two-car garages.

Completion of Slate is anticipated in early 2019.

WCH is also behind two similar small lot developments in North Hollywood.
