A new office building is making slow, but steady progress in West Adams.

The new development, located at 5245 W. Adams Boulevard, consists of a three-story structure that will feature approximately 15,000 square feet of rentable space.

Renderings of the low-rise structure, gleaned from the website of real estate firm Fedida Properties, portray a contemporary design framed with a grid-like window pattern.

Space in the new building will rent for approximatley $2.50 to $3.50 per month, according to a posting on LoopNet.
