A half-year after we last dropped by, construction continues for the non-profit L.A. Family Housing's Campus development.

Located at the southwest corner of Lankershim Boulevard and Arminta Avenue in North Hollywood, the project features a series of four-story structures that will contain 49 units of affordable housing and supportive services.  Other components of the development include a community room, a fitness center, a central courtyard and rooftop terraces.

Gonzalez Goodale Architects is designing the project.

Completion is anticipated in 2018.

A freight railway that cuts through South L.A. is set for rebirth as an active transportion corridor.
