On May 3, the West Hollywood Planning Commission will consider a local property owner's plan to replace two single-family residences with a small apartment building.

The property owner -944 Ogden, LLC - filed plans in 2016 to construct a three-story, 10-unit development on two adjacent properties at 944 Ogden Drive and 947 Genesee Avenue.  Plans call for a mix of three-bedroom floor plans between 1,121 and 1,690 square feet, in addition to a 23-car garage and various private balconies and patios.

The Code Solution is designing the project, with landscapes by Sodder Studio.

The West Hollywood Planning Division's staff report recommends that the Commission grant approval to the project.
