Just northwest of Metro's Expo/La Brea Station, the concrete frame of a new office complex from Los Angeles-based Center Capital Partners, LLC is now complete.

The project, which broke ground last year at 5237 W. Jefferson Boulevard, consists of a three-story structure which will feature approximately 72,000 square feet of offices. Parking for 185 vehicles will be located in a subterranean garage beneath the low-rise structure.
Designed by Abramson Architects, the building is portrayed in renderings with offset floor plates, an exterior of glass and metal, and a large rooftop amenity deck.
As was the case at the time of the project's groundbreaking, a profile promoting the office space for rent on LoopNet advertises an anticipated completion date in 2023.

A number of similar office projects have been built roughly a half-mile north on Adams Boulevard by CIM Group and other developers.
