Brookfield Residential and Frontier Real Estate Investments have completed the model units of Lantana@Beacha joint mixed-use development in the Orange County community of Stanton.

The developers have overhauled a 10-acre retail complex at the intersection of Beach and Garden Grove Boulevards into approximately 95,000 square feet of stores, restaurants, and other businesses - including a new food hall concept known as Rodeo 39.

The housing - located on an adjacent 12-acre site - includes 208 for-sales residences, split between two neighborhoods called Towns and Gardens.  Plans call for a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, ranging between 935 and 1,993 square feet in size, with sales prices running from the low $400,000s to over $600,000.

Robert Hidley Architects designed the housing development, which will include amenities such as a private pool, a children's play area, and interior courtyards and walkways which connect to the adjoining commercial complex.
