Social marketing platform ToneDen will relocate its headquarters from Sunset Gower studios to the Bradbury Building in Downtown Los Angeles, announced Cushman & Wakefield this week.

ToneDen, which makes software that allows marketers to optimize social media ad buys, will take 3,500 square feet at the architectural landmark at 3rd Street and Broadway.  The five-story structure, the oldest commercial office building in Downtown Los Angeles, is best known for its skylit atrium and ornate ironwork, a mainstay in many films.

Robert Hooks, Mike Condon, Jr., Andrew Tashjian, Michael Gooch, Kelli Snyder, and Sophia Hwang of Cushman & Wakefield served as leasing agents for the property on behalf of its owner, Gaw Capital.  Matt Sprowles of Madison Partners represented ToneDen.
