Olive Hill Group has announced $21.4 million in new leasing activity at The Courtyard at Corporate Pointe in Culver City.  The property, located at 200-300 Corporate Pointe, has been renovated it was acquired by Olive Hill two-and-a-half years ago.  Over the same time period, occupancy at The Courtyard has risen from 72 percent to 95 percent.  Current tenants include Paychex, Ipso, and Pearson.

The property is located not far from the newly-built C3 at Culver Pointe, which features 280,000 square feet of office space.


Production company Den of Thieves has signed a new lease for 8,000 square feet of office space at the Pacific Design Center's Green building, according to an announcement by PDC owner Charles S. Cohen.  

The company is known for producing non-scripted television shows and live events, including the MTV Video Music Awards, the iHeart Radio Music Awards, and American Idol.

Other recent additions to the Pacific Design Center include marketing agency NVE and entertainment company A24.

The L.A. Business Journal reports that co-working firm WeWork will set up two more outposts in Downtown Los Angeles and Santa Monica.

Vancouver, Canada-based developer Onni Group has reportedly signed WeWork to a 78,000-square-foot lease at the Western Pacific Building at 1031 S. Broadway.  The space is expected to open in the fall.

The 12-story, 200,000-square-foot building was completed in the mid-1920s.  Onni began its renovation of the Western Pacific in 2017 after briefly considering converting the mid-rise structure into a hotel.

WeWork is also in talks to lease the entire 100,000 square feet of The Maxwell redevelopment in the Arts District.  This would make for four Downtown locations, following existing spaces at the Fine Arts Building and the Gas Company Tower.

In Santa Monica, WeWork has leased over 116,000 square feet at the Lantana property at 3000 Olympic Boulevard - joining two existing locations in Downtown Santa Monica.

WeWork Lantana is poised to open this summer.
