Netflix's appetite for Hollywood office space seemingly knows no bounds.

According to multiple published reports, the Los Gatos-based company has leased nearly 170,000 square feet of space at two locations in Hollywood.

This includes a 100,000-square-foot office at 817 N. Vine Street, where LPC West has built a three-story structure adjacent to the building that once served as the headquarters of the Musicians Union.

The second lease, for approximately 70,000 square feet of space, is at at an older building at 1350 N. Western Avenue.  The property, owned by LaTerra Development and Gemdale USA, is also slated for the construction of a seven-story, 230-unit apartment complex.

The two leases bring Netflix's expected footprint Hollywood to approximately 1.6 million square feet of space.  The streaming giant already occupies 418,000 square feet of space at Hudson Pacific Properties' Sunset Bronson Studios campus, and agreed to lease the entirety of a 328,000-square-foot development now under construction across the street in October 2018.  One month later, Netflix announced that it had signed an agreement to occupy 355,000 square feet of space at Kilroy Realty's Academy development, which is rising near Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street.

In Downtown Los Angeles, The Real Deal reports that co-working firm NeueHouse has leased 28,000 square feet of space at the history Bradbury Building.  This would be the New York-based firm's third Los Angeles location, following Venice and Hollywood.

Another recent arrival at the Bradbury Building is social marketing platform ToneDen, which announced last year that it would relocate its headquarters to a 3,500-square-foot space at the historic property.
