The Irvine-based company that runs the website Weedmaps.com will open an office in Downtown Los Angeles, according to the L.A. Business Journal.

Ghost Management Group has signed a 115,000-square-foot lease at ROW DTLA, a1.3-million-square-foot complex at 7th and Alameda Streets.  The company's office will span three floors.

ROW DTLA is owned by New York-based real estate investment firm Atlas Capital Group, which has invested heavily to transform the former Southern Pacific Railroad facility into a hub of offices, shops, and restaurants.  The sprawling property has slowly but surely filled its vacancies, welcoming tenants such as Shopify, Sharp Electronics, Zappos, and Adidas.

Ghost Management follows several other companies in setting up an office on the eastern side of Downtown Los Angeles, including Spotify - which signed a 110,000-square-foot lease at At Mateo last year - and Warner Music Group - which moved its West Coast headquarters to a former Ford Factory.
