Domain, a mixed-use development by Trammell Crow Residential, is nearing completion in West Hollywood.

The residential-retail complex, located at 7141 Santa Monica Boulevard, consists of a six-story building featuring 166 residential units and approximatley 9,300 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.  Plans call for a variety of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units, along with residential amenities such as a swimming pool and a roof deck.

As designed by architecture firm Studio One Eleven, Domain is highlighted by a three-story portal fronting Santa Monica Boulevard, opening an interior courtyard to the street.  The height of the building steps down moving closer to the low-rise residential neighborhood to the north.

An official opening is expected at the beginning of 2017.
