Construction is now ramping up for the renovation of the Pettebone Building, an early 20th century building in the Historic Core.

The five-story edifice, located at 510 S. Broadway, features 45,000 square feet of combined office and ground-floor commercial space.  Los Angeles-based developer RYDA is implemneting numerous structural, mechanical and electrical upgrades throughout the building, including a new roofotp amenity deck.

The restaurant Mezcalero already occupies a portion of the building's ground floor.

Completion is expected by year's end.
