Construction continues for the Glen LA, a new development of small lot homes in the Valley Glen community. 

The project from Warmington Residential consists of 63 single-family residences at opposite corners of Victory Boulevard and Atoll Avenue.  Each of the three-story dwellings will offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans up to 2,100 square feet in size.  Other project components include two-car garages and private roof decks.

KTGY Architecture + Planning is designing the Glen, along with Chateau interiors and Matters of Space.

A site plan shows that the houses are being designed along a private interior street, and will include a handful of common open spaces.

The first units were made available for sale in 2017.  A full buildout of the Glen should occur in 2019.

Warmington recently completed a similar small lot project known as the E.R.B. in Eagle Rock.
