Work is wrapping up for the Seven, a development of small of houses in Hancock Park

The development site, located at the northwest corner of Wilshire and Rimpau Boulevards, features seven three- and four-bedroom houses between 2,166 and 2,429 square feet in size. 

Culver City-based architecture firm Modative designed the houses, which are priced between $1.675 and $2 million.

LA Sanitation and Goodwill Could Redevelop Properties in Lincoln Heights

It could potentially feature affordable housing.

L.A. City's Sanitation Department could team up with the non-profit organization Goodwill Southern California to redevelop a series of contiguous properties in Lincoln Heights.

The proposed, introduced as a motion last week by 1st District Councilmember Gil Cedillo, would involve a LASAN-owned property at 303 N. San Fernando Road and Goodwill's headquarters across the street at 342 N. San Fernando Road.
