After six months of construction, developer Ensemble Real Estate Investments is above ground at the Sonata apartments in Downtown Long Beach.

The project, located at 207 Seaside Way, will consist of a six-story building featuring 112 apartments above 2,000 square feet of retail space.

Architecture firm Studio T-Square 2  is designing the contemporary podium-type building, which will feature a rooftop deck and swimming pool.

The new apartments will be wrapped with a pedestrian bridge designed by Studio Pali Fekete architects, which is also under construction.
