Seal Beach-based developer Olson Homes is in the midst of construction on another townhome community in the San Gabriel Valley.

The latest project, known as Metro Walk, is located at 805 N. Dalton Avenue, adjacent to the Gold Line's Azusa Downtown Station.  Plans call for a mix of four-bedroom, four-bathroom floor plans ranging up to 1,743 square feet in size.

An exterior rendering shows a three-story building, designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style.

Olson Homes recently completed a similar townhome development in El Monte.

A small live/work development is making slow-but-steady progress in Frogtown.

The project, located on Eads Street between Blake Avenue and the Los Angeles River, will consist of a four-story edifice featuring eight dwelling units above a street-level coffee shop.
