Seal Beach-based developer Olson Homes is in the midst of construction on another townhome community in the San Gabriel Valley.

The latest project, known as Metro Walk, is located at 805 N. Dalton Avenue, adjacent to the Gold Line's Azusa Downtown Station.  Plans call for a mix of four-bedroom, four-bathroom floor plans ranging up to 1,743 square feet in size.

An exterior rendering shows a three-story building, designed in the Spanish Colonial Revival style.

Olson Homes recently completed a similar townhome development in El Monte.

Mixed-Use Complex Planned in Center City Anaheim

New development to replace parking garage.

Later today, the Anaheim Planning Commission will consider a proposals to redevelop a parking structure at 350 W. Center Street Promenade with a mixed-use complex. The project, which comes from property owner LAB Holdings, calls for the construction of a six-story building featuring 57 apartments, 16,500 square feet of commercial and office space, and a new parking garage with 148 vehicle spaces.
